Kelly Jordan is the President of Excel Group Construction Services. He focuses his attention on Business Development, Preconstruction Services, and the continual growth of the company. Graduating in 1986 from Texas A&M University’s College of Architecture with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction gave Kelly a strong foundation to start his construction career. Prior to founding Excel Group Construction in 1992, he worked at two national commercial construction companies in Estimating and Project Management. Kelly has managed employees and Project Teams of over 100 individuals. In addition to Excel Group, he has been the General Partner on several real estate development projects and owned Lexington Property Management for over 10 years. His diversity in the Real Estate and Construction Industry gives him a rare perspective on all aspects from the inception to the completion of a successful construction project.
David Hickman is the Vice President of Operations of Excel Group Construction Services. He oversees and manages multiple project teams throughout the United States. He has excelled in the construction industry since 1999 by working his way up from Field Superintendent to his current position. David believes customer service, timeliness, and budgets are the pinnacle of successful and lasting relationships. Over his career David has been awarded and managed projects ranging from $100,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. He prides himself on providing the same attention to detail on all projects regardless of size or ownership. He began his career while attending college at Texas A&M University in College Station prior to moving to the Dallas area in 2001. David has since continued his qualifications by receiving additional training in specific trade details, safety and management to ensure a standard of excellence with his projects.
